Professional Experience
ABOUT
I’m a Senior Product Designer with more than 20 years of experience shaping complex digital ecosystems across ecommerce, enterprise platforms, and global consumer products.
My work focuses on translating complexity into clarity — aligning business systems, data models, and user mental models into experiences that are both scalable and intuitive. I’ve led discovery and post-booking ecosystems serving millions of users, designed enterprise platforms supporting operational decision-making at scale, and built structured frameworks that unlock measurable growth.
I care deeply about systems thinking, accessibility, and responsible technology integration. In recent years, I’ve worked closely with data science and experimentation teams to design personalization and recommendation systems that drive business impact without compromising usability or trust.
More recently, I’ve been exploring how generative AI can responsibly support product strategy and design workflows — testing structured prompting approaches, evaluating output fidelity, and assessing enterprise feasibility. I see AI not as a replacement for craft, but as a tool that requires thoughtful governance, transparency, and human oversight.
